team for your superb hospitality. The weekend was a big success,
thanks in part to the organisation and dedication of you and your
colleagues. I do not think I can find fault with anything and to

I wanted to write to thank you and everyone who was involved in
making our Dinner Dance on Saturday evening such a success. If I
may, I’d like to make particular mention of Steve, who was an
absolute star and the catering/waiting staff who were, without
exception, professional, polite and very efficient. Without going
into an exhaustive list, the venue impressed everyone (no surprise
there!), the dining hall especially the tables looked great, the
food was a triumph and those that wanted to dance did so until
their feet ached! The accommodation pleased everyone (I loved my
room!) and your reception staff were most helpful. Our Managing
Director was completely bowled over by the venue and his
accommodation.
All in all, in case you hadn’t realised, we are totally and
completely satisfied.
